R-Aminoacid is the complementary feed designed to increase and give greater definition to muscle mass. It is formulated with branched-chain amino acids (L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine) and limiting amino acids (L-Lysine, L-Threonine, DL-Methionine). It is enriched with Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) to improve the muscle absorption booster effect of branched-chain amino acids. Branched-chain amino acids are considered inhibitors of the formation of muscle lactic acid. Lysine, Threonine, and Methionine are the three limiting amino acids in the horse's diet. From these important substances, the body is able to form other important substances useful for the metabolism of an athletic subject, for example, high quantities of Lysine promote the synthesis of growth hormone (GH).
