Orders are dispatched from Portugal.

Delivery areas: Portugal (mainland and islands) and European Union, as shown at checkout. For Russia, see our separate page on the website.

Processing times (estimates): In stock — 1–2 business days before dispatch. Supplier orders — +5–15 business days.

After dispatch: Portugal mainland typically 2–5 business days; EU typically 3–10 business days. Times are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping by default unless stated in a promotion.

Damaged parcels: contact us within 48 hours at info@storegrandprix.com with photos.

Incorrect address: re-shipment may incur additional charges.

Outside EU: customs duties may apply to the recipient.
