RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION & PORTUGAL)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or Portugal, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Portuguese Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominate, physically receive the goods.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email) before the 14-day period has expired:
Email: info@storegrandprix.com Subject: Withdrawal / Return Include: your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any were charged), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
RETURNING THE GOODS
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping costs for withdrawal (change of mind) are borne by you, unless we have offered to bear them or we sent the wrong or defective item.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Goods must be returned unworn or unused, in resaleable condition, with tags and original packaging (and accessories), with proof of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom riding boots); sealed goods not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (e.g. helmets after use/fitting); goods that deteriorate rapidly. Gift cards cannot be returned.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEMS
This does not affect your statutory legal guarantee under EU/Portuguese law. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@storegrandprix.com with photos and your order number. Return shipping is at our expense once the issue is confirmed.
